AltNewsMedia provides an alternative to the fake news mainstream media narrative.
Altnewsmedia has been investigating the alleged links between a prominent taxpayer funded Glasgow school and Jihad. This is the first part of some very troubling revelations that should concern the Scottish political establishment.
There’s a famous Pakistani “women’s jihad indoctrination” network of schools and adult evening classes operating across Pakistan called Al Huda. Al Huda’s aim is to teach women a radical Islamic ideology that they can then impart to children. When challenged on this Al Huda state that it’s just teaching Islam and that it is Islamophobic to question its motives. However it is common knowledge in Pakistan that Al Huda inculcates a radical form of Islam and virtually all known acts of Jihad terrorism carried out by Pakistani women overseas have been conducted by Al Huda graduates. Coincidence?
A few notorious Al Huda “graduates” include Tashfeen Malik the San Bernardino mass murderer and Aafia Siddiqui convicted of seven counts of attempted murder and an assault of US personnel.
The links between Al Huda and Jihad are global and a matter of public record. From 2015 Altnewsmedia discovered this Canadian dimension.
“A girl and three young women left Canada to join ISIS in Syria after studying at the Al-Huda Islamic Institute in Mississauga, Ontario. — a school whose sister institution in Pakistan is now connected to the mass shooting in California.”
In 2014, a young woman from Glasgow named Aqsa Mahmood travelled to Syria to join Islamic State. She was reportedly a commander of the feared all-female Al-Khansa terror brigade in Raqqa and she made videos urging other Muslim girls in the west to go there to fight Jihad.
Aqsa’s parents publicly pleaded her innocence and denied any knowledge of her radicalisation.
Her name “Aqsa” is interesting. Aqsa refers to the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. 20 years ago, no woman in Pakistan would have had this name. It is not a Pakistani name. So if the parents simply named their daughter Aqsa, that could be seen as a red flag for jihad mentality. Her name itself is a signal for “One day we will defeat Israel and recapture Al Aqsa mosque”
Aqsa Mahmood’s family lawyer was a well spoken Glaswegian named Aamer Anwar. Here he is pictured with Aqsa’s parents, pleading their shock at the news that their daughter was in Syria and recruiting for the barbaric Islamic State.
Anwar was ever present on the BBC arguing that the government should be doing more to stop online radicalisation and it is the fault of Government that Aqsa had joined Islamic State. The family was blameless. Anwar appeared on TV to say Aqsa was an innocent girl who had received a regular education in Glasgow.
But Anwar missed out on one key component of this deadly jihad terrorist Aqsa Mahmood’s education. In evenings and weekends, Aqsa attended Al Meezan, the Al Huda school in Glasgow.
Al Meezan school in Glasgow is a branch of Al Huda, as it makes clear on its website here. One of the directors of this Al Huda school (Al Meezan) outpost is SNP Justice Minister Humza Yousaf’s mother, Shaaista. This school has received at least £380,000 in public grants in the past three years.
The founder of Pakistan Al Huda (Farhat Hashmi) and her husband both got PHDs in Islamic studies from Glasgow University in the 1990s. Hashmi’s schools teach a radical Islam ideology that many people, including many Muslims, find controversial. For example, she encourages women to stop working, cover their bodies and faces, permit polygamous marriages and disassociate from non-Muslims, according to some who have studied Al-Huda.
So who radicalised the deadly Glasgow jihad terrorist Aqsa Mahmood? Was it through some shadowy unspecified online grooming? Or was it through the Glasgow Al Huda school, where they teach the writings of “Maulana Maudoodi“, the philosophical godfather of Pakistan radical jihad ideology?
Altnewsmedia will bring you the second part of this investigation very shortly.
